The Rx.com Mod Team has created this Service Play sub-forum in order to supply an area for Rx Service Play Posters to expand upon their posting topics without creating a logjam in the main forum where the three principle threads are maintained..

Posters can track services here if they care to but we will need any trackers to do so in an accurate and civil manner. We did not create this area for posters to ridicule or bash any services..

You can also discuss who is hot and who is not. The general state of the pay for plays industry and any other subject or topic related to service plays.

You can also create individual threads about specific services and discuss them freely but civilly. Again bashing and abusive treatment of any services will not be tolerated.

Please remember, this forum is not here for regular posters who cap their own games to post ther daily plays. Please use our individual sport forums to post your plays. Professional cappers (those that sell plays) must remain in the Site Promotion Forum.

The Rx.com will not tolerate posters that post false records of any services they track. Please be truthful if you decide to track a particular service.

Lastly The Rx Moderators are appealing to you our everyday posters to report any promotional threads or posts that are made by services or individual touts. No links or contact information to an individual service will be allowed. Just the name of the service. Please report any threads or posts that are promotional attempts by services and touts to use this forum to promote themselves..

Posters can easily report a promotional post by using the triangular Report-a-Post Icon at the bottom left of all post boxes. The poster name of any poster who reports a post that is out of line will be kept strictly confidential.

I will leave this thread open for a month to take questions and do my best to answer them. I will check in daily but am off on Wednesday and Thursday.

I hope this additional Service Play Forum will satisfy those posters that would like to widen the scope of topics relating to service plays and the industry in general to have their own threads. Mods will be liberal as possible regarding topics but this forum was specifically created to allow you more freedom to express your ideas regarding service plays and related subject matter. No off topic threads will be allowed.

Thank you, wilheim

WNBA: Dream-Liberty Betting Preview

Atlanta Dream at New York Liberty (-5, 163)

The struggling Atlanta Dream could be getting back a key player Wednesday. In any case, they'll be facing an opponent they should have confidence against.

Sancho Lyttle could play for the first time in nearly a month when the Dream go on the road and try to end the New York Liberty's season-high three-game win streak.

Atlanta (3-8) has hardly resembled the team that swept New York (7-5) in last year's Eastern Conference finals. Part of the Dream's woes have been due to the absence of Lyttle, who was not with the club since June 14 while playing with the Spanish national team in the Eurobasket Women 2011 tourney.

Lyttle returned to the Dream for Saturday's 81-69 loss at Chicago but sat out with a sore back. She averaged 12.5 points and 7.8 rebounds in Atlanta's first four games.

Lyttle has played in two of Atlanta's three games against New York, with the Dream holding a 2-1 edge. If she plays Wednesday, it will be the second time in the season series that Atlanta would have its regular starting lineup available.

The first time was Atlanta's first visit to Newark on June 14, a 79-58 rout in which Angel McCoughtry scored 18 points and Erika de Souza added 12.

The Liberty are playing like a different team these days, winning five of six with the lone loss an 87-81 defeat at Atlanta on June 30. De Souza had 27 points and 15 boards to lead the Dream.

New York has won all three games since facing Atlanta and rallied for an 80-73 victory over the Sky on Sunday. Essence Carson returned after missing two games with an eye injury and scored 18 points.

"I didn't want to come in and just shoot the ball," Carson said. "Especially with the team coming off back-to-back wins, they had been in rhythm. I didn't want to come in and disrupt the rhythm."

Coach John Whisenant was pleased with the Liberty's improvement on defense.

"Our defense gave them 49 points in the first half and that same defense held them to 24 in the second half," he said. "We were sleepwalking in the first part of the game and we gave a lot of easy baskets and they were coming out with energy, but fortunately we were able to turn it around."

Cappie Pondexter scored 18 points and is averaging 21.0 over her last eight games. That includes a season-high 24-point performance in the last meeting with Atlanta after she averaged 9.5 in the first two.

McCoughtry struggled in Saturday's defeat, missing 17 of 23 shots but still scoring a team-high 17 points. She's shooting 36.4 percent for the season, 31.6 on 3-pointers.

The Dream rank last in the WNBA in 3-point shooting at 24.0 percent.

LADY LUCK

Wednesday's Best WNBA Bets

Atlanta Dream at New York Liberty (-5, 163)

The New York Liberty feel like they’re just hitting their stride and it’s showing both on the court and at the pay window.

The Liberty handed San Antonio its first losing streak of the season by dropping the Silver Stars in back-to-back games. They covered both of those spreads and are now 6-0-1 against the spread in their last seven contests overall.

Guard Callie Pondexter has been a big part of the club’s success, putting up at least 18 points in eight straight games while also leading the team with 5.2 assists and 1.9 steals per game.

"After being 12 games in," Pondexter told reporters, "we're starting to get our flow and understanding of each other and what each other can contribute within the system. Overall, I think our defense has been pretty damn good the last few games."

We’re all over the Liberty in this one.

PICK: New York

Connecticut Sun at Indiana Fever (-5.5, 150.5)

The Indiana Fever opened the year by dropping three of their first six games outright and covering just two of those pointspreads. That slow start seems eons ago now.

The Fever have won and covered in each of their last six to move atop the Eastern Conference at 9-3 straight up. Indiana has some major scoring weapons with three players putting up double figures every night, but Katie Douglas is the first attacking option at the moment.

"I feel extremely rested. I feel energized. I just feel engaged and I'm in a good rhythm and I think as a shooter and as a scorer, any time you can find that good rhythm you just try to stay with it,” Douglas, who averages better than 16 points per game, told WNBA.com. So my teammates definitely do a great job setting me up or getting me open and I've just been able to throw it in this year.”

Connecticut is going to have a tough time dealing with Indiana’s balanced attack. The Sun are coming off a 90-67 blowout loss to Minnesota.

Wednesday’s Betting Tips: WWC Bettors Jump On U.S. Side

Who's Hot

WNBA: Indiana has won and covered in each of its last six games to move to the top of the Eastern Conference standings.

WNBA: New York is 6-0-1 against the spread in its last seven.

Who’s Not

WNBA: Atlanta is a league-worst 1-9-1 against the spread.

WNBA: Just three of Tulsa’s last 10 meetings with Chicago have played over.

Key Stat

4 – Tour de France reigning champion Alberto Contador has crashed four times through the race’s first nine stages and is now riding with a banged-up knee. Contador is still set as the second favorite (+170) to Andy Schleck (+110), but is about four minutes of the leading pace.

Injury That Shouldn’t Be Overlooked

Ivory Latta, Tulsa Shock: Latta is considered doubtful for Wednesday’s game against Chicago with an illness. Latta sits second in team scoring with a 14.6 average and leads the club with 3.2 assists per game. The Shock are set as big 13-point underdogs on the road.

Game Of The Day

Women’s World Cup: U.S.A (-120) vs. France (+265) Draw (+220)

Notable Quotable

"[Beating Germany] is the biggest result of the Japanese team in history. This is a very important match. It feels like as a player, we cannot do very much for Japan, but we can at least try and play as hard as we can." - Japanese captain Homare Sawa about the importance of Japan’s performance at the Women’s World Cup in light of the May 11 earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan. The Japan side is set as a +175 underdog in Tuesday’s game against Sweden – which is set as a +120 favorite. The draw is currently priced at +220.

Tips And Notes

The buzz around the U.S. women’s World Cup team is catching up with bettors. The U.S. is holding strong as the tournament’s favorite at +100, but its odds are moving for its semifinal matchup with France. The U.S. side was set at around +100 against France on Monday but is now pegged around -120 with the draw at +230 and a France victory at +265.

Rory McIlroy, who heads into the British Open as a +600 favorite, has turned down the tournament’s offer to supply him with increased security throughout this week’s Open. "There will be the usual policemen on duty won't there?" McIlroy told reporters. "That's fine. I don't want a fuss."

Paraguay coach Gerardo Martino has a clear vision of what his team needs to do to advance to the knockout stages of Copa America – beat Venezuela on Wednesday. Paraguay sits second in the group with two points, two fewer than Venezuela and even with Brazil. "It is clear that the only alternative that remains is to win the match," he after his side was five minutes away from a victory over Brazil in its last game. "To be in the next stage, we need to win." Paraguay is set as a -185 favorite with the draw at +275 and Venezuela at +600. Meanwhile, Brazil is a big -400 favorite in its last game of group play against struggling Ecuador.

Hondo

Day Two of Hondo And The Horses worked out beautifully yesterday at Parx, thanks to the sound advice of Anthony Affrunti, the Post's Prescient Pony Picker. The recap: Mr. Aitch connected with a Sweet Clarice-Honor's Selection exacta in the fifth, swung and missed with a Chiefette-Comet of Love- Dubai's Connection exacta box in the sixth, and hit with Elidefeatspeyton in the seventh, where he also scratched out of an exacta box with Elidefeatspey ton and Sticky Cactus.

However, it all turned sour in the Midsummer Flaccid Classic last night when the AL limped away with a loss, causing an uptick in the debt to 1,720 callisons.

Today, Hondo's excellent equine adventure takes him to Delaware Park, where Affrunti suggests: Miss Rapture to win in the fifth -- five units; a one-unit exacta box involving Swinging Tune, Enclosure and Prince Silver in the sixth, and Woo Pig Sooie to win in the seventh -- 10 units.

They Did It Again

The U.S. booked its place in the World Cup final after a 3-1 win over France

Abby Wambach header breaks tie; United States advances to World Cup final

MOENCHENGLADBACH, Germany -- The United States is in the World Cup final for the first time since it last won the title in 1999, and once again Abby Wambach came up big, scoring in a 3-1 victory over France.Wambach broke a tense tie in the 79th minute Wednesday with a monstrous header off of Lauren Cheney's corner kick. Cheney delivered the ball perfectly to the far post, and the 5-foot-11 forward soared over the scrum, pushing the ball past French goalkeeper Berangere Sapowicz. Wambach let out a scream and did a sliding sprint into the corner, where she was mobbed by her teammates. It was Wambach's third goal of the tournament and 12th of her career, tying American Michelle Akers for third on the all-time World Cup scoring list.Alex Morgan added an insurance goal in the 82nd, the first for the World Cup rookie. When the final whistle sounded, the Americans rushed onto the field. Wambach found U.S. coach Pia Sundhage and gave her a bearhug as the pro-American crowd of 25,676 serenaded the team with chants of "U-S-A! U-S-A!""Abby, she's just the best," Sundhage said. "I'm very happy to have her in our team. Great."Despite the loss, the World Cup was a resounding success for the French, who made their first appearance in the semifinals and qualified for next summer's London Olympics. The French didn't stick around to watch the Americans celebrate -- and the party is sure to be even bigger back home. A thrilling win over Brazil in the quarterfinals captivated fans in the United States, with Hollywood celebrities, other pro athletes and folks who'd never watched a soccer game before jumping on the U.S. bandwagon. Ellen DeGeneres wished the team good luck on Twitter before the game. Dozens in the Phoenix airport were glued to TVs, and Super Bowl MVP Aaron Rodgers tagged one of his tweets with "worldcupfinalherewecome."Though the Americans are two-time World Cup champions, they haven't made the final since Mia Hamm, Julie Foudy and Brandi Chastain won it all in 1999. This American team will play either Japan or Sweden in Sunday's final in Frankfurt. The Americans had only two days' rest following the Brazil game, their quickest turnaround of the tournament, and there had been concern that fatigue or emotions might get the best of them. But Wambach, who has been playing with an Achilles tendon so sore it often keeps her out of practice, dismissed that idea. And she sure didn't look hobbled."In the end, we're in the finals," Wambach said, "and that's all that matters."The U.S. was staked to an early lead by Cheney's goal in the ninth minute. But with the silky smooth Louisa Necib calling the shots, France dominated for most of the game, finishing with a whopping 25-11 advantage in shots. The French missed two great chances in the first half, with goalkeeper Hope Solo having to tip a Gaetane Thiney shot away in the 30th and Sonia Bompastor rattling the crossbar two minutes later. Finally, in the 55th, France got its equalizer. Bompastor floated in a cross from about 30 yards and, with Thiney right in front of her, Solo had little opportunity to move. The ball flew right past her.But just as they did Sunday against Brazil, the Americans got stronger as the game went on before Wambach came through. Morgan then put the game out of reach, showing why many believe she's the next big U.S. star. Outracing four French defenders, Morgan sprinted up the left side, then stutter-stepped to throw Sapowicz off before taking her shot. There were still 10 minutes left, but the party was on.
